By purchasing our products, you agree that:

  1. All products are final sale and there will be no refunds issued on any of our accounts or services as it is a digital product.

  2. We are not responsible for anything you do with these Nike accounts.

  3. Should any account become unverified, you can get it reverified using our account re-verification for a fee. Refunds will not be issued.

  4. If your accounts have had their password reset:

    1. If the password to any of your “regular” email accounts becomes reset, there is nothing we can do about that. Refunds will not be issued.

    2. If your accounts were made to a custom domain, then you will have to reset them yourself. Replacements will not be provided.

    3. If your accounts were “premium” accounts, then you will have to reset them yourself using the mailboxes provided. Replacements will not be provided.

  5. Our Nike accounts do not have a warranty on them as we cannot prevent them being clipped. If there are any issues when we send them to you, we will of course replace them.

  6. We provide 5 day warranty on Gmail accounts, both those purchased individually and as part of our premium accounts.

  7. If you submit accounts when purchasing custom accounts that are already made, or for our reverification service and they have incorrect passwords, you are entitled to a refund of only 70% of the average account price for each account we could not complete. We create accounts manually, and checking each account takes a significant amount of time.

  8. If an account becomes banned after purchase but it was fine upon delivery, then no refund will be issued. You have 72 hours upon account delivery.

  9. You have 72 hours upon account delivery to inform us of any issues with the delivered accounts. If the issue is raised outside of this period then we cannot take action as there is a significant chance this issue occured in this 72 hours rather than on our end before delivery.
